"Great News My Friends!"BARACK OBAMA WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!Sorry for McCain supporters.(Not really.)Oh, and other than the elections, my family and I have a new house!Fun! I just can't wait until we move in. I already know what we are going to do with our new house!
School;my new school is so much fun! We went to Monterey last Wednesday and Thursday, and we stayed at a hotel. The hotel was beautiful! Our beds were so comfy.I thought the beach at night was the best part of the whole trip.The beach at night was a little scary, but it was so nice!My class and I left to the beach at nine o'clock.It was great!
Well, soon enough I am going to enter a contest.The Peace Essay!You actually win money.For 5,6,7,and 8 graders we have to write 250-500 words.No more than 500 words, or less than 250 words.I want to win, and I don't really know what or who I am going to write about.If you have IDEAS you could share with me, please write here in the comments.

1st Day of school!

My Summer

My Summer is turning out great! My aunt from Mexico came and is spending a couple of months with us. My grandma also came from Mexico. By the way, while my grandma was gone ,we went to Monterey to have some fun at the Monterey Bay Aquarium!
It was very entertaining!
I forgot that my family and I are going to Reno on Tuesday and we're coming back on Wednesday.It will be very exciting...(maybe) I wish we could go to a fancy hotel.
During the summer I also went to a lot of fun events, like the Colombian Festival!
Although I am not Colombian, I love to go to the festival because of everything that they have there like the food and the music.
I really did have a lot of playdates with my friends. They were so much fun.
Some things that I did with my friends were go swimming, play games, and dress up!
My time with my family was nice, too. We really have good times together when we hang out. We go shopping, out of town, and do lots more things. We have had a great time together!

My friends are great! They always help me with anything and they always care for me! Thats why I chose to write about them! They always been there for me and so has my family! They have never been so mean to me, they have always done everything for me! And dont get me started on my pets! My first ever pet was my cat, which is Violeta!My second pet(s) was my fish. Then I got this cute little dog, which everybody knows its Roxie! I still have my Cat and my dog and they are so cute! Now I have turtles and my birds flew away!

My Vacation and More

I got out on vacation on Friday the 13. It wasn't a bad luck day. It was a fun day! After school, I went to my best friend's house and we went swimming because she has a pool! It was so awesome. In fact, It was very hot outside! We were in the water for more than 2 hours! I thought it was very fun!
On Saturday I went to the ceremony to the James Marshall Park, next to my mom's school to see the grand opening.It was very fun. Then we worked our best at our Car Wash that we did to save the Cesar Chavez Pool for all of us would use it. It took probably about 3 or 4 hours to do.
On Sunday it was my brothers 7 birthday and we had a lot of fun because we went swimming at the S.O.S. club and we were there for 8 hours and it was very cool!!!!
Yesterday I stayed home, practice piano, I went to Costco, picked up my brother from school, I went to Pet Co, I went to piano class, and I saw my mom's play. I almost forgot! My dad told me if I practice Piano everyday, I will get a chance to get a ipod nano! That is very cool!I'm going to get a pink one!!!!
Oh yeah and today I went to Bret Harte school because of my mom's class. They went to go meet their Pen Pals. We got to go to recess with them, perform the play, we got to play games with me and ate ice cream!
